Who we are
Conquest Security ("we", "us") provides close protection and residential security services for private clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it. Given the nature of our work, discretion and confidentiality are foundational to everything we do — including how we treat your data.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit — name, email address, and any optional details you choose to provide (company or family office, job title, phone number, who needs protection, service of interest, and your message).
- Basic usage data — the pages visited on this site and the referring page, recorded without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and assess how we can assist you.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing lists. Enquiries are treated as confidential.
Where it's stored
Enquiry submissions and usage data are stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and are accessible only to authorised Conquest Security staff. The website is hosted on Vercel.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the enquiry form and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
